Brian and Heidi have been exceptional in taking my ideas and working with me to customize designs to my exact specifications.  They have brought many past examples to the table so we are not starting from scratch, but they are very efficient in understanding what I’m looking for and making the right custom changes to meet my needs.  They are hands on and attentive throughout the process.  They listened to my ideas, created very impressive and detailed specifications, we reviewed those together and then they went into production.  They consulted on design elements, things to think about in terms of use, look, feel, and style- but also felt like I was creating my own design (not having something imposed on me).  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with their work.  They are a wonderful couple and I plan to continue to use them as I have a few more pieces in mind throughout my house.
